Hello my lovely’s…

Today I am walking down the memory lane with you. When I get asked which is my favorite place on earth, I will always answer with the Huangshan in China, which I visited in June 2013.

Why? Because that place was jaw dropping and I had my most memorable birthday up there. My birthday present was the most beautiful sunset and the beer I carried up on that mountain.

It was then when I realized that I am a wanderer. I come, I go, no need for big parties or loads of presents…the world is my present and discovering it a party =)

So how come I am telling you this old story?? Well guess where I am going this weekend??? YES, you are right, a second trip to the Huangshan.

Let’s see if it still will blow me away.

So today I will share my best pictures with you and no I didn’t add any special effects, and the pictures still couldn’t capture the full beauty of these place…

When I started my hike, everything was clouded in mist, but with every minute of hiking, more and more of the mountains appeared…

Suddenly I felt like I was in a Chinese Fairy tale…fully expecting to find Dragons and Gods up on that mountain..

..which I didn’t, but at least I found the Fairy Bridge, hidden on a secret path…I had to ask several people for the way and came across just one or two tourists…amazing loneliness =D

Taking a break and just meditating for a couple of minutes...clean air and for once china is quite..no noises, just me...

Sadly I couldn't see the sunrise, because the fog appeared, so I had to make my way back down...steep steps and paths without any security...you better are not scared of hights when hiking Huangshan ;)
